This page covers work on the KYB Shocks website. The store stays open while a change is published. Vehicle search, part pages, and checkout keep working.

During an update a page can fail to load for a short time. Refresh and open the same address again. An order Stripe has already accepted stays as it was. The receipt email is the record of that purchase.

What an update can change

• Vehicle fitment and part details, when the catalog is refreshed.
• Search, the cart, and checkout, for the minute a new version goes live.
• The price on a part page. That price is the amount charged once checkout completes.
